Newsletter subscriptions

When you submit the newsletter form, your first name, last name, and email address are sent directly to Mailchimp to request a subscription to Alejandra Merino’s audience. The form opens Mailchimp in a new tab, where Mailchimp handles the request, any validation or anti-spam checks, and confirmation.

We use this address to send book news, launch updates, and educational resources you have requested. Confirm your subscription using the email sent to your inbox. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@alejandramerino.com.

Mailchimp processes subscription data under its privacy statement. This landing does not load Mailchimp tracking scripts or advertising cookies. The Mailchimp page and services have their own data practices.

Resource downloads

When you request a guide, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the guide requested, and your affirmative email consent. Our server sends this information to Mailchimp for Alejandra Merino’s audience. New email subscriptions require confirmation. Existing subscription preferences are preserved.

We use a necessary, temporary browser cookie to protect the form and authorize your download. It expires after one hour; individual download links expire after 15 minutes. Short-lived, pseudonymous request counters help prevent abuse. A private delivery queue temporarily stores a pseudonymous contact identifier, the requested guide, and request and delivery times for up to seven days. It does not store your name or email address. Email download links expire after seven days and can be used on another device. Hosting security logs may include your IP address and request times. Your contact details and resource tags remain in Mailchimp until managed or deleted according to your request and applicable retention needs.

Printable worksheets are for your own use. We do not ask you to upload symptoms, cycle charts, laboratory results, or other medical information. Request access, correction, or deletion through the contact address below.
